Made for a prestigious housing development, these binders hold the handover documents for the property.
We used dark grey Vivella (a very high quality leather look material) for the outside of the binder and inside, a bright green premium buckram paper from Winter & Company, in the Wikotex line. “Holburne Park” has been debossed on the front cover, while the HP logo was screen printed in a stunning bright green. The binder was finished with grey stitching and nickel corners.
